a multi-dimensional wellness and yoga center on upper Cape Cod in Mashpee, Massachusetts founded and directed by Dr. Debra Babcock , where we ask the question:

In a beautiful, spacious, sunlit setting, we offer Network Spinal Analysis, Somato Respiratory Integration, and daily classes in Anusara Yoga, Harmony ChiroYoga, Kripalu Yoga, Kundalini and Vinyasa Flow Yoga . Nutritional products and information are also available.
Twice a month, complimentary lunchtime health workshops are offered by Dr. Babcock. At various times throughout the year, additional workshops and retreats are offered in weekend formats both at Harmony and at other locations. Rental opportunities for our private room and studio space are available as well. We welcome you and your questions and support you in your intentions to awaken , heal, expand, offer, and celebrate life and your own Great Self.
